NORMAL CASE: SOFTWARE
Size alone should not force a sales conversation.
When the governed price book supports the selected country and operating scale, the customer should be able to continue through the product journey. Human involvement is reserved for negotiated terms, unusual deployment requirements, exceptional volumes, procurement, or other genuine commercial exceptions.
Common pricing questions
Why is there no universal monthly price?
Retail and Property use different operating dimensions, and commercial terms can vary by country, capacity, capability selection, and billing cycle. A single global number would hide the assumptions that matter.
Does every licensed quantity increase the price?
No. Licensed quantities describe the capacity governed by the subscription. A plan may include generous or unlimited allowances, and only declared price dimensions affect the commercial result.
Do ordinary transactions create extra charges?
Forge pricing is designed around operating capacity rather than making each sale, collection, workflow, or report feel like a meter running.
Where is the final commercial price confirmed?
The selected Hub sends identifiers and quantities to Forge's commercial pricing authority. Monetary values are recomputed server-side and accepted through the governed registration and billing flow.
